A lot of input formats are supported, e.g. BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF, JPG. Version 4.9 reads barcodes from Adobe PDF-Files as well. All common barcode types are recognized,, e. g. 2 of 5 familiy, code 39, code 93, codabar, code128, ean, ucc and upc, GS1 DataBar (POS), patchcodes, 2-state and 4-state Post Codes like PostNet, Royal Mail, USPS Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB). bcTester decodes 2D bar codes Aztec, Data Matrix, QR Code and PDF 417. Test if your barcodes are readable and check the content!
